Drivers headlight motor needed, BAD

Need a working driver's headlight motor (complete motor) for my '91 GTA, ASAP. If you're in or near Maryland, I can travel. Not trying to pay the dealer $341. Yes, that's what they quoted me. Let me know what you got. Marcus

I have a pair of headlight motors. I believe one is the driver side from an 88GTA. I can send a picture if you give me an e-mail address.

Firebird90, yeah that's what I need, just the motor though. Not sure if you ran it in a car or not, but does it continue to run on when the lights have come up or gone down?

Moehring: I only need the drivers side, the pass. one was replaced right after I bought it. Thanks though

I only have the drivers side. It was removed from a 26,000 mile 88 GTA that was involved in a crash. It worked fine when removed.
Let me know if you want a picture.

You might want to open up the motor.
I'm thinking its the bushing inside. Doesn't sound like the gear.
You can pickup the parts at the local hardware store. ~$5 to fix both side of mine car.

There are a few theads on how to do this on the firebird. Its also the same with the C4 Corvette as I found out latter.
