I'm looking for a front parking brake cable. Its for a 91 Camaro, but I think any 3rd Gen cable will work. I would need it shipped to the Phenix, Az area. If you've got one, let me know how much you want for it. Thanks.

 

You can't use just any cable. Mine broke on my '92 and I found out no one makes the front piece. At the time I could not find any '91 or '92 Camaros in the junkyards either. A new cable for an '89 or '90 was all I could find then had to take my good end at the splitter replace the new one and use cable shorteners to take up the slack. The '91 and '92 are way shorter than the other years and use a different end piece.

This part broke on my car as well but the part doesn't exist. I called the dealer, auto-parts stores, and even Dorman themselves. The cable has been discontinued and is not available anywhere.
