What company do people generally use to ship their freight items? I found a hood that I really like, but it will have be shipped freight. I'm not even sure where to begin. Thanks in advance.

AAA Cooper Transport
R&L Carriers

I've used those two in the past with no issues.

Grayhound bus has freight service.

Much cheaper then over-priced FedEx, UPS, etc.

However, NOT door-to-door service. The freight has to be delivered to and received at a Grayhound bus terminal.

A hood is oversize for Greyhound package express,They won't accept it.

Bingo!!!!

A few years back I shipped an engine block on 'The Dog' and it was super cheap as I recall.

For smaller items I've been using USPS. Both UPS and Fed/EX have priced themselves out of sight in my book.

Re: Freight Shipping
I shipped a rear end cross country with UPS freight. Just make sure you weight it before you pay for shipping or you will pay extra charges. Its always good to put the weight more then what it is so that doesn't happen.
