Hey.. my boyfriend has a 1991 Camaro RS, his birthday is around the corner and im looking to purchase some things for his car as his presents. I know nothing about cars and all the help would be greatly appreciated. What would be the best type of exhaust? and what would be the best kind of LED headlights or whatever? Sorry if I sound ignorant, im learning as i go!

 

Have no idea what his car looks like or his taste or the budget. You could get his car tint, hawks 3rd gen 5inch spoiler, or the 91-92 z28 spoiler, new headlights+ clear turn signals on ebay helps freshen up the car a bit, if he has ttops then the ttop shades if he doesn't have them. Hope I gave some ideas for you, but I would say get the needed things that he might be more grateful for.

 

Just listen to what he talks about when he's talking about his car, what he wants to do, what he wants it to look like. Each guy is different, some are purists, some are tech geeks, some care more about performance than looks, others are the opposite.

It's like a blue color.. Everything is stock. I've heard him talking about wanting to put an exhaust and some type of air intake in. He showed me a YouTube video of some guys third gen with different headlights saying how he liked them. It's so hard! I appreciate all the feedback.

You mean well, alwAys great to have a gal who appreciates a guys love for his car, but you will never succeed in buying him the correct parts, there's too much detail you don't know. A gift certificate to a parts supplier or eBay or tool maker would be better.
