Kmember Tube LCA's Rack and pinion
While I have the front of this thing all torn apart, How much weight will I save/strength will I gain by going to a Tube K-member and Control arms?
The peices I'm looking at come either with or without coil spring pads, I assume for optional coil-over struts. Does anyone make coilover struts for third gens?
Has anyone ever converted to rack and pinion? Advice? tips and tricks?
Thanks guys. When the car is ready to race, I'll put
www.thirdgen.org across the back of the spoiler. (with the boards permission, of course)

The stock A-arms are giants though, they weigh about 18-20 pounds each IIRC. Dropping the spring pocket in the K-Member and A-arm on a tubular setup would save a considerable amount of weight though. Last edited by Scott_92RS; Mar 30, 2004 at 11:28 AM.
