Most certainly. Check out boatyards. If they don't do the work on-site they'll know someone who does. Fiberglass really isn't that tough to work with if you read up on it a bit. There's a good book out on it from HP Powerbooks. Its all about fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and various other composits materials. Very informative.
