fabricating own ac delete plate?

Is it possible to fabricate your own ac delete plate and get rid of your ac thats already there? if anyone has done this please post pics.

In that thread is a mold of an GM 1LE box and also Crossfire has included pics of his custom AC heater box fabricated into non-AC.

My gelcoat is laid down... just waiting for it to warm up and get some spare time to work on projects.

Yeah if I remember right you water jet cut it too. Looks very perty.
