with a 1991 L98 out of a corvette, with a converted LT1 intake fit on there with the stock heads without any sealing or leaking problems, or will i have to replace the heads??? Thanks

I'd just modify some LT1 heads and use an LT1 intake. This way you get the better LT1 heads and intake. The hardest part of the intake swap is drilling holes. So why not just bypass that and do the heads too?

The LT1 intake will not completely cover the EGR ports on the heads. You need to weld pieces onto the intake to block the port completely or it will pump exhaust into the lifter valley.
Make a template of the LT1 intake port surface and place it on the head. You will see the 1/4" to 1/2" gap at the bottom of the EGR port on the head.

I did a poor job of reading the initial post and assumed steel heads. So my comments do not apply in this case. I do not know what is required with the alum heads.
I used an LT1 intake with some older steel smog heads and it has been working great. Probably one of the best intakes I have ever had.
