4th gen interior to 3rg gen

Greetings,

I'm in the process of rebuilding an 86 Trans Am that I bought a few months ago. I want to completely gut it and swap the 3rd gen interior with as much as the 4th gen interior as I can. I know the dash will fit with some modding, but was curious if anyone got the center console to fit perfectly? I apologize but every time I try to run search it tells me that searching is hard on the server and I should wait a few more mins. then try again.

- Ken

That looks good, it looks like it belongs there. Always wanted to try that myself, I just spend to much time under the hood and swapping broken tranny's. Good luck with your swap, post up some pics when you get it done.

that looks amazing, but be completely honest, how tough is it to do? how much time did you put into it? and how difficult was the wiring? my girlfriends mom just got a new pontiac grand am, and i really love the dash and console on that, would that fit?
