I had talked to another member about this... Just throwing it out here...
Not sure if it would work considering how our manual trans are mounted, etc...
Any ideas???

Seriously you don't want a shifter plate like that. I have driven a few Ferrari's at my work and that shifter plate makes the shifting suck.

Re: Ferrari Style Shift Plate
Its all a matter of opinion. I got to drive a gated ferrari while in LA last year. And earlier this summer I drove an older lambo that was gated. The lambo was sloppy compared to the newer ferrari. I actually liked the gate. Took a few hours to get used to it, but then I didnt even have to think about it. I wouldnt want to have to rip off lighting quick shifts...but it definitely adds to the driving experience.
That little click going into each gear (not to mention the other noises that make up the mechanical symphony of a ferrari) sounds so awesome.
Honestly, I think its more trouble than its worth...but then again, I dont have that 'great idea' on how to pull it off. Someone else that has the ambition to go after it, and that can pull it off nicely will probably love it.
