Got my breather cans installed. Pics

Wow 2 of them? Moroso came out with one that has two 3/8 NPT bungs on it. That is the one I just picked up for $60. They look good though. I installed mine in a similar spot, but I only have one and I made a bracket and mounted it off onto the drvers side.

Hmmm ill prolly do one plus my PCV... i was considering two pcv's cuz the breather i have now pukes onto my valve cover and looks ugly

Yeah one is enough but a local talked me into doing two.

Thats the exact reason I did it. Plus I wanted to get rid of my PCV valve. No use in having hot crank case air in my intake manifold.

My motor has enough problems not blowin out seals i'll keep my PCV for now.. but i know what you are sayin.

The cans were $70 per can, hose was $60 for a 6ft length, and $30 per 90 degree fiting, 15 per straight.

Wow...Im more impressed with the heater core hoses! haha. Not to say the cans are cool though. I really like how clean the hardlines make things look. And you can tuck them down and mount them. I really like that idea. I might have to steal it.. hehe

Thanks it took me a little bit to come up with that. I tired using 5/8 roll of fuel line but it was too hard to get straight. So I ended up using aluminum tube that was about 1/8 thick. Then I used a pipe bender to get the bends. Kind of a pain but it turned out good.

may sound a bit dumb, but what advantage do breather cans have over regular breathers that sit in the valve cover itself? thanks.

cans can be installed on high blowby aps (supercharged/turbocharged) to eliminate spewing oil onto the valve covers, they displace pressure better b/c of size and trap the oil within the can. It is not necessary really to have 2 or to apply them to a NA motor unless it is high comp. Very clean compartment by the way, well done!

My valve covers did not have baffles in them. So oil easily went into my breather filters on my valve covers. Then it would leak. So I put these cans in. It fixed the problem. Plus I will possibly be going turbo this winter.
