A/C box removal, but heater still works
Here are some pics I just cut down the middle,added a little fiberglass resin and cloth plus some 3" dryer vent . Much cheaper than the one they sell.

that works.
I did sometihng similar a long time ago, i cut the ac box down to about 1" in height off the firewall, fiberglassed a new top and that was my ac delete box. I still have it, and it worked well. I swapped in a real ac delete box a while back, its a bit cleaner than the old setup.

are u talking bout getting rid of the blower moter to, the blower moter blows air through where the a/c use to be and thats where your heater core is . thats how you get defrost. you would some how put a electric heater in the dash to blow on the windshield if you want to do what your talking about. good luck
