If you have access to a welder then the proper way IMO is to cut the floor out above it, remove the nuts, weld in new ones and weld the floor back up. Otherwise there is nothing stopping you from welding grade 8 studs into the factory floor or welding bolts upside down under the frame area, none of these are the "proper" fix, they may be the "quick" fix though. Your sig pic looks like a nice car, hate to just hack it and forget about it

I support cutting the sub frame with hole saw, dropping in some top notch bolts and welding them in place. Then weld the plug you cut with the hole saw back in.
