i have a 3.1 motor but bought a 3.4 intake i know they are the same block pretty much the same motor except for the intake i know it will bolt down but can i use the 3.1 throttle body on the 3.4 intake or will i have to buy the 3.4 throttle body an wut do i gotta do to make that work thanks!!!!

 

Not unless you either mod it to fit with the distributor or convert to DIS(Coil packs) .

 

short answer to this thread is no dont bother

saying that do a search on my threads started to find out why it wont work

the throttle bodies wont interchange you have to use the 3.4 tb with manifold
and you have to cut the back side of the manifold to clear the distributor
or learn how to put the DIS and coil packs on your car

basically dont waste your time there is no gain, i just did it for the heck of it
