Shaker hood

I have searched and found the old thread about a shaker hood. I am wondering if anyone has done it lately or if they have simplified the process. Anyone making something like that aftermarket for 3rd gens? I know the shaker part if made, but has anyone made a commercial metal or fiberglass hood with the proper hole?

Re: Shaker hood

Not to my knowledge honey. I'm in the middle of doing one for my car, but it's a stupidly complex process lol. Mostly what I've been able to do so far is collect parts lol. I got a good cutout from a 77 Trans Am and a Shaker from one as well that I'll be taking apart to make it all for and look nice. Trouble is making sure the angles look good and all that. I'm also doing something unique for my air intake to make use of it. Once I actually get the build started I'll be happy to share my process. I know that isn't terribly helpful, but it's the best I got.
