subframe mod and y-pipe
My subframe mod for better clearence for 3" exhaust since the 4L80E is bigger then a th700 and to make a stiffer torque arm crossmember.
Made some scether before I started to cut
Made a temp solution for transmission crossmember ( and it may be permanet also...)
Driver side cut up
Pass. side.....
Cut the corner to make some more space...

Torque arm crossmember.....
Mounting check so it would be level to the ground
Drivers side welded...
Pass side welded
Torque arm cut, had to make it shorter....
Exhaust system, dual 3" to 3,5"
Muffler under the car can be replaced by straight pipe och catalytic convertor for emission test...

Similar to how I did mine but I wanted a bit more stock look so I just sectioned the stock frame rails. Nice work!
