1990 Firebird Formula(Eastern PA) 78k miles Check it out!!!

1990 Pontiac Firebird Formula(1 of 4,834 ever made this year)
Only 75k original miles
WS6 suspension(w/ the 16x8 wheels)
Power locks, Power windows
New alternator
4 New Z rated tires
Factory stereo
Headlight motors work
Hatch pull down works
T-tops do not leak, not cracked, bag included
No tears in the front seats, dry rot tears in the rear(not noticeable when not stretched apart)
Interior missing the left side cup holder(plastic piece on the door)
Runs great, shifts perfect.
All original
Located near allentown PA(18062)
Sellling for extra college money.
Great driver car with low mileage
Not a show winning car but could be pretty nice
Has dent on driver's fender/door area(not obnoxious)

And the final picture is the dent in the driver's fender/door, junkyard parts or new and this car could be pretty nice.

Asking $3999 please post with any questions or comments.
Thank you,
Gary
I live within riding distance of you... would you mind if I parked my horse in your driveway while I checked out your car? In all seriousness now, I am very interested if it is still for sale. I've been looking for a Formula to fix up for a while now, so if you're open to offers, you may have a buyer.

I would really like to see more than $3000 for this car because with the rarity of it and fairly low mileage it is worth it.
Any opinions on this are welcome.

Car looks sharp except for that dent in the drivers side fender/door. I live in NJ and I'm considering making an offer, howerver I'm sure the damage is atleast close to 1k in repairs.
Although I'm considering in making you an offer.

Please feel free to post offers here, all will be considered and I will PM you with a response. People are welcome to come see the car if you are thinking of making an offer. The car is still running great, it just turned 77k miles today, I drive it every day so it is not sitting. I posted the mileage a little high since I am driving it every day. As I said all offers considered, please post.
The rarity, mileage, and overall condition are both huge plusses, but then you have to subtract the cost of fixing the dent in the door which would be a few hundred at least. Also, there's the fact that its only the 305 paired with an automatic - which means less horsepower and 2.73 gears compared to the 3.42 gears and a posi that comes with a manual (correct me if I'm wrong here). You do get major props for the WS6 suspension and new tires . . . but there's the fact that all the parts are all original - meaning 16 years old, and this probably means replacing the shocks, bushings, tranny parts etc. Finally, I'm not an expert but it looks like you've got a carb, and not the TPI.
Also, the prices you quoted were for retail - that means if a dealership bought the car, reconditioned it for sale, and then sold it as a dealership. You are a private party and I'm assuming you want to sell to a private party. You should quote the private party values -
Excellent
$3,015
Good
$2,680
Fair
$2,255
I would consider your car good - if you fixed the dent, it would be excellent.

Actually sir they are Private Party which is "me" and it is TBI not carb that is in my original post. So thanks for your evaluation of the car other than that it was pretty accurate for pros and cons so I guess you can make an offer when you decide what it is.
