Testing the Waters: Custom 82 Firebird Show Car
Time marches on, time to test the waters with selling this car. 1982 Firebird which I have been working on for the last 5 years. Most of the information can be found on my site: www.acsbird.com
Here's a quick rundown:
-307 small block chevy, hooker headers/y-pipe/Dynomax Cat-back
-recovered seats, new headliner, new sunvisors, new sail panels, refinished door panels and carpet
-Custom Alpine stereo featuring 6.5" Type R's in custom built kick panels, 6x9 Type R's in the sail panels and a pair of 12" Type R subwoofers in a custom fiberglass box in the back seat, Components and 6x9's powered by a 4 channel Alpine 345 watt, Subs powered by an Alpine M-605. 0 guage wiring throughout.
-Alpine Flip out headunit/DVD player/Alpine CD changer
-The car and subwoofer box were custom painted in 2005.
-Brand new weatherstripping, gaskets, fender liners, grilles, turn signals all from GM.
-18" Coy's wheels
I'm sure I'm leaving a few things out but that's most of it.
What do you guys think? What's it worth? What would you give?

I know, it's sad to even think about it, but I've got a Camaro in the works and I'd like to get some other things going. I've received a few PM's talking somewhere around the $10,000 range.

I feel like I've watched this car blossom. Oh wait... I have.
I don't feel like anyone can put a price on it. There is so much heart and soul involved in this car.
Good luck whatever you do.
