2nd Owner

I am selling my 84 Bird. I got my daily driver fixed back in April of '09 and I hardly drive the Bird anymore. I am only 21 and don't know too much other than maintenance when it comes to cars. I just don't want to see the car rust away like most do from the 80s. The bondo you see on the pictures on the rear-left side covers surface rust. No holes on that side. Didn't really know much about fixing surface rust. On both sides, I recently sanded the rear end and then sprayed rust-killer on it. I discovered that hole underneath a decal strip that goes around the car there. I sprayed inside and around it pretty heavily. I'm not really hard up for money so take your time if you are interested in it. Look over the pictures; ask me any questions. T-Tops did not leak all winter long. The driver seat is torn up pretty bad. How it was when I bought it. Pretty much everything other than the bondo and rust-killer was like that when I bought it. I put around maybe 5000 miles on it since March of last year(2009). I have driven it a few times on trips between Jackson to Dearborn Michigan on I-94 and never had a problem. The speed-odometer is off by 10 mph. If it shows you are going 50, you are going 60(had a friend follow me to test it out). Could be because of the two different size tires. Fronts are 205; the backs are 225.I edited a few photos to protect the orginal owner and myself(had names, work logos on shirt and the license plate.)

Asking $2500

Like I said, ask any questions.

I live in southern-Michigan. About 5 minutes from Michigan International Speedway.

Re: 1984 Firebird(Quite a few pictures)

I've never seen hard plastic t-top shades like that. What are those bumps sticking down, lock cylinders? Well good luck with the sale. Hope someone restores it
