SOLD modified '91 T/A
I have a beautiful, rust-free, '91 Trans Am with lots of modifications. The engine is currently out of the car, being upgraded.
The body is straight and rust-free. It is a T-top car. It was recently repainted ('96 Corvette Grand Sport) Admiral Blue. It's beautiful.
The engine started out as an '87+ Gen1 roller-cam 4-bolt-main 350. I recently purchased an all-forged bottom end, to stroke it out to 385 cid. The entire rotating assembly has been professionally balanced. All of the machine work has been completed by Speed Specialties in Balch Springs. They are NOT cheap, but have a great reputation for quality work. The heads are Dart Pro1 200 cc, already set up and assembled by Speed Specialties. Cam is a Comp 280XFI. The intake is a Holley Stealth Ram with 58 mm TB.
The transmission is a '97 F-body LT1 T56, with a Comp Stage 4 ceramic 6-puck sprung clutch. It has a 4th-gen aluminum driveshaft and Quick Performance Ford 9" rear axle with Moser 31-spline axles, Eaton Traction-Loc posi, and Richmond 3.73 gears.
The front brakes are C6 per BigBrakeUpgrade kit. The rear axle has drilled and slotted 11.2" disc brakes, but no emergency brake. Front and rear lower control arms and torque arm are aftermarket tubular steel. All 4 corners have adjustable weight jacks and aftermarket springs.
The wheels are Fikse Profil 10s, 17x8.5 front and 17x9.5 rear. The tires are BFGoodrich G-force Sport Comp2's. The wheels and tires only have a few hundred miles on them, and are like new.
The interior has a full roll cage, so there is no back seat. The front seats are Corbeau A4's.
I'm thinking $6k for everything. I would also consider selling the engine, wheels, or body separately, if no one wants to buy the whole package.

Picture
Here's a picture of the car from the 2015 Big Bend Open Road Race out in west TX. The car has been stored in my garage under a car cover ever since, so it looks the same today. Of course, the "119" decal was just temporary for the race, and is long gone.
The car would look better lowered, but I had it jacked up a bit due to exhaust clearance. The current custom-built 3" single exhaust system hangs a little low in one spot. It should be rebuilt or replaced to fix that.
Also, the wheels currently lack center caps, so they don't look as awesome as they should.
Finally, the car is currently wearing a smooth no-wing rear hatch with the ugly external brake light on it.

Re: Beautiful modified '91 T/A
Thanks, Neil.
I should mention that I bought this car through the TGO classifieds from breynolds in 2014. You can search on his username to see more of its history. I have deleted the nitrous, changed the wheels, and yanked the motor for a rebuild and bottom-end upgrade.

Re: SOLD modified '91 T/A
Made it home safely! Wouldn’t exactly call myself a new user, but the new owner!
Couldn’t have dealt with a better guy. Brad was honest and got all the pictures I asked for, and even plugged my trailer tire after running over a screw. Thanks for everything!
