after some consideration (one project is enough), I decided to let the '85 V6 automatic go and only keep the Trans Am. It has the common California sun aesthetic (aka cracked dash, faded paint in spots, some scratches/paint broken on the front bumper cover) but it is in good mechanical condition (daily driver for a long time). It sits on some oversized 5th gen Camaro steelies which will rub when fully turned, A/C doesn't blow cold no more and the custom-built speaker box in the trunk is currently not hooked up. It got a new battery, new power steering pump and the previous owner had engine/trans rebuilt a couple of thousand miles back. The body easily has 250k miles on it, with a newer dash installed that didn't carry the mileage, and the gearing from the speedo cable is too low, so speed doesn't match (basically shows kph instead of mph on the mph scale).
