I am looking for a firebird/transam/formula in central new jersey. I would prefer a 1990 or later but any car in good shape will be considered. I am not too picky on the engine/transmission combination, can be a v6 or v8, auto or manual. What I am interested in though is a car that is driveable with only minor problems/leaks and very little or no rust. Trying to stay away with cars with heavy modifications done. Body must be in fairly good condition. T-Tops are a definate plus regardless of seal or top condition. I also prefer a black car but will consider any color. Interior must be complete with no heavy damage. Mileage is not a huge factor if everything is still intact.

I don't think I am asking for too much for the price range I am giving, but if a car is in particularly nice condition I may spend a little more. Let me know what you guys have. i have a 91 firebird auto/ w shift kit 3.1 t-tops. fresh full tune-up, brand new bfg radial t/a tires 123,000 miles gray cloth interior. Mods in signature note i seen you didnt want a heavily modded car this car has no internals just bolt ons that you can take off if u dont like them. i have 2 cars if interested , one v-6 5-speed and the second one is a v-8 5-speed one is an 88 other one is a 89, both t-top cars, v-6 white , trans am red and silver, both have gray interiors

 

I have one for you. A 1987 Firebird with a 305, MAYBE. Engine might have been changed, cant find numbers on block. Car has a 169000 on speedo, but engine still has alot of life. Everyone that rides in it says it had to of been swapped. Belonged to 2 old men and one old women. New brakes, tires exhaust, carb, ect.,ect,ect. Paint job looks new no rust or dents. Interior looks good, new seats in any day. Windows just tinted. Puchased for something to do. Thinking about getting second gen. Im sure you could drive home no problem.
