Looking for a very specific car - a 1984 H.O. Trans Am with t-tops, automatic transmission. Must have original drivetrain and be relatively rust free. Any colors or options considered, but must be an auto with t-tops and not interested in any other years besides an 84. I'd also consider a non-H.O. car as well. Thanks!

I have not really considered selling recently but what is your price range for a stock L69, auto transmission, 3.73, 82K mile rust free car?
Hi....looks extremely nice from what I can see. Any chance you could PM me some additional photos and we can take the conversation offline? I'd like to see engine bay, interior, trunk and underside (exhaust) area. Then I'll be able to feel more comfortable throwing out a number. Thanks!

That will take a bit to get underbody pictures since it is stored away at a friends heated garage and I probably won't get over there until after Thanksgiving. But here are few pics that I have handy. Carpet is original and so are the mats. I thing they kind worn now. And for some reason, it won't let me post pics in private messages. Oh well.
Did you get my PM? I am interested in talking to you further about the car. Thanks!

Sorry, I misinterpreted your original reply, I assumed you wanted to sell since you replied to my post on looking for a car. I saw in 2017 you wanted $6500 for it, so I assumed you were still interested in selling. It's a very nice car, but the 3 things going against it (in my eyes, anyways) would be:
-Incorrect aftermarket seat covers
-Someone drilled out and removed the riveted on trim tag on the radiator support
-Doesn't have the W62 GFX package
With only seeing a few photos and the things I noted above, I'd value it at $8000.

I also wondered about the radiator support trim tag, but it also has the RPO code sticker inside the console. Sadly, back in 2014, that interior was the closest seat match I could find at Classic Industries to give to the upholsterer.
Unfortunately no one makes correct two-tone camel tan pallex seat covers for 1984. The covers on the car in this thread are the only aftermarket ones available. The only way to get the correct fabric is to find original seats - which is damn near impossible. I actually bought a car back that I previously sold to get the correct tan seats for the ‘84 TA I restored last year.
