No disrespect meant, it's just that people also view video's at their workplace. People at work don't want to be hearing swearing playing on the speakers. It would be helpful in the future to note it contains NWF (Not work friendly) language just as a courtesy.

Nice Camaro tho :-)

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

For me, it wasn't too hard.. But because in my car the diagram was not accurate, I had to do a lot of trial and error trying to find the right wires, and needed to lengthen the wires because they wouldn't reach.

I would try it most definitely! But have someone who you can contact IF you have any problems.

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

Looks like in the vid the left taillight has at least one dead led, I hate that, got a set from some outfit (can't remember who) installed on a 80 formula turbo and had to change the one side 3 times to get one that had all the leds intact only to have a couple die a year later with no miles on the car

I had mine for over a year and I have driven about 6000 miles and they still work great.

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

Why not ask for your money back? What type of warranty did they offer? Who did you buy them from? What a rip off! I would be so incredibly upset if any of the LED's burned out on mine. It was quite the task.

I remember seeing your video when you first installed this kit so this is then a defect right from the get go?? :-(

my daytona 500 is my daily driver and it is a PITA to replace those baord in the tail lights. i have 2 sets spare of tail lights and i left the sockets intact. my KARR has a tralier hitch from the previous owner which made the install easier

plus I keep getting did those tail lights come from factory stock ? question at stop lights

Hey man, just watched your video. On yours, I think I saw the drivers side brake light hang for a while. Was that fixed now or is that how it is supposed to be. When I say that I mean the light to the left of the turn signal. it stayed on when the right side went out...

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

I am really happy with mine - install was pretty painless - just be careful and take your time working on the lens housing I made a small break in the top of one of my housings.

Here is a really carppy video of my finished install:

Has anyone done these for a 88 GTA? Not sure if they share the same design as the standard 85-90 T/A lights or not.

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

I know this is an older thread, but thought it better to ask here than start a new thread...

These look amazing!! Defiantly something I will be doing to the 82...

I have 2 questions...

1 - Is there anyplace that has reverse LED set on PCB like that?

2 - Is there anyplace that has the front marker lights LED set on PCB like that?

These look amazing!! Defiantly something I will be doing to the 82...

I have 2 questions...

1 - Is there anyplace that has reverse LED set on PCB like that?

2 - Is there anyplace that has the front marker lights LED set on PCB like that?
You can contact restoreamusclecar, talk to Larry, he might be able to do it.

Why do some sites list them as 85-92 Z28/IROC and others are 86-92 z28/iroc? I have an 85 and want to do the upgrade.

Spaghettingengineering.com even conflicts.

One point the site says "85-92", another link says "86-92", yet the category on the lights show they are for "1982-1992" and the title of the lights are for a "1982-1992. plus the lights are "1982-1992 Chevy Camaro LED Tail Light Panels" :-)

On top of that the instructions specify "1985 - 1992 IROC-Z & 1991 & 1992 RS"

Sent an email, don't really expect much of an answer until after the first of the year. I do have to say, those tail lights are pretty bad ****!

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

I'm a bit late to this thread but I'm considering adding these LED lights to my 87 IROC build. The question is related to relability. I see a number of comments regarding failed LED's and malfunctions, as well as warranty questions. I assume replacement of LED's requires removal of the lense (hopefully not over and over again). Considering the cost of the LED set and the difficulty in finding quality replacement tail lights in these third gen cars, is one source for these LED setups better than another? Are these things reliable? I'd rather not have to disassemble the tail lights on a regular basis. Advice would be appreciated.

Re: Third Gen CAMARO LED Taillights by Spaghetti Engineering..

I just bought a set of tails lights (used) off e-bay. It's the second set I've purchased in two weeks, I sent the first set back to Hawks. I'm hoping this set is of better quality but that remains to be seen. I'm not familiar with that (Klearz) product but I might have interest. Do you have a link or pic that I can look at?

Interesting, since the only issue I have is a cracked lense not a dysfunctional light these might be an option. I already commited to the E-Bay buy, if it doesn't work out (more trash) maybe we can do some business.
thanks
