I have a machinest that is cnc'ing some brackets for the c5 conversion. If we can get 10 sets ordered he will do them for $40 a set.

I am not making them, I posted on another site looking for a company that could make some for less than $75, and SDS Machining offerd to build them for me.

They will come directly from sds.

Would these be compatable with C6 calipers as well? Any other modifcations required to the spindles? I'll be interested regardless...

 

I do not know about c6 calipers.

As with all the other upgrades out there, you will have to cut the old caliper mounts off the spindle, and drill out and re tap the 2 holes.

It looks like SDS went with aluminum stock instead of steel, right?

 

I would only use 1/2 steel and you still have to make hubs. Make sure you use grade 13 bolts with safety wire holes.
