Any of you that have used PHS, how long did it take to get your packet? Trying to decide if I can be patient enough to just have it all mailed, or if I should do the fax option and get what I can right away. Also, did you get all the RPO codes for the car? My sticker is missing. Thanks.

You should be able to expect your package back from them about 10 days to 2 weeks after they get your request.
If you're doing it just for the RPO's, save your money. You'll get a copy of the invoice, which gives basic info on what was ordered, and you'll get various documentation that you can use to figure out what your car should be equipped with, but there won't be a list of your RPO codes.
I want to get the window sticker for my TTA but they said the order would be rejected without a PMD billing history. What is this and can I order the window sticker without it? I can send them a check and the vin# today but I do not want to have the order rejected! Thanks.

1987 GN,
AFAIK, this is their way of getting more money out of you
Your billing history is basically a copy of your receipt from PHS for services rendered...meaning the 1st part of their service, which is the invoice, picture, etc. So, you have to spend the $40 on that BEFORE you can spend the $40 on the window sticker! If I have this wrong, someone speak up. But this is the way I interpret it...I have yet to PHS certify my car.
For someone like me who has nothing from the original sale (only service records), this is fine. But for someone who already has the invoice, its a ripoff scheme if you ask me. Someone should not be forced to do the normal service if all they want is the sticker...

A very few RPO's will be listed that were ordered as options but not your base level options (which is the majority) like Drew said. And Jason is right, you gotta' order the pack THEN the sticker.
Or you can eliminate the middle man and go to www.window-sticker.com

Doh! As of yesterday morning there had only been one reply, so I went ahead with it. Oh well, the biggest thing I wanted to know was if it was a Formula or not and it is. Needs work, but for $200 and no rust, I'd say not a bad buy. Thanks anyways.

A couple easy ways to tell if its a Formula...
1) Domed hood
2) GTA/TA spoiler
3) 16" wheels
Granted, all of these can be swapped on...but if you have all of them, good chance its an original Formula...
BTW, if it looks like a coupe with any of the above, AND it has a TPI engine, its a VERY solid bet you have a Formula...
I didn't know about window-sticker.com...checking it out now

Well this is odd...
Through PHS you can order '89-up stickers...but through window-sticker.com it says you can't. Says they are currently working on that. ARGH.
Has anyone ever done one of their window stickers through window-sticker.com WITHOUT the build sheet, invoice, or any paperwork?? How well does it work? The reason why I ask is because I want to get one for my 30th, but I have nothing on it, and I have no idea where my build sheet would be in a 4th gen...it was probably in the glovebox like the '02s have them, and was thrown away when new
Any help would be appreciated.

PHS had a notice on their website for a while that stated they were goign to be able to offer window stickers thru an arrangement with window-sticker.com... PHS only has been saying they could do more recent cars in the past couple months.

Unless I'm reading it wrong on the window-sticker.com site you have to have the PHS documentation there as well as per "special arrangement" with PHS.

I ordered my packet from PHS and for $35 I got the PHS packet AND the window sticker. So I did not have to buy one and then turn around and buy the other. I ordered an extra copy of the window sticker too. Very nice packet, I am glad I spent the $$!
