Hey-I found a seized maroon GTA w/ T-Tops with the gold spoked wheels at the street department of my city. It's been sitting there for like two years. I can't get into it or anything so I need to figure out what year it is and if it has the turbo option (do they even have a turbo option- I heard that they do but wasn't sure). Any way I can do this without being able to look under the hood?

The only stock turbo ta(third gen) is the 89. I believe they all were white. Was the 3.8 turbo not a v8 turbo. If you want to know the engine check the vin. If its a true GTA the 8th digit will be a 8(350) or F(305) TPI. Get the entire vin and decode it, will tell you model year as well.
