I am putting a '91 RS L03 back together that someone tried to make look like a Z28. The car no longer has an RPO sticker on it as the rear storage box lid was missing. I have a couple of questions:

1. The body is red, what color would the RS emblems on the spoiler and rear bumper be?

2. What is the correct dash plate for the '91 RS

3. Does anyone know what the paint code would be for the bright red paint?

I tried getting an RPO sticker from my local dealer but the guys in the parts department are just plain stupid and don't have a clue as to what I'm talking about.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

The dash badge says "Camaro" on '91 RS. The '92RS dash badge reads "RS 25th anniversary".
My memory fails me on the rest.

I'm at work and can't look anything up. If no one else responds, I'll get back to you on the rest but I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that know. I think the exterior badges are Red, not silver on the red cars.

 

True about the dash emblems, the '91 also has a little camaro symbol to the right of the word Camaro.
The rear badge is just silver, and just says RS, I'm pretty sure they where all just silver but I could be wrong.

The teal RS's have teal RS badges... so not all used the Silver badging.

 

1991 & 1992 Red cars got the silver RS emblems on the rear bumper and rocker panels. Only the '92 anniversary cars got the red emblems.

Bandit 400 has got the dash emblem problem solved. It's GM pn# 10181725.

Your paint code for the bright red is 81U.
