Convertible restorers/owners, pics needed
I would like to get some links or pics of anyones car who has ever taken it completely apart for painting, repair, etc. I would like to see where all the 1/4 panel cuts and things were made and what other bracing and things they used. Thanks in advance!
AHHHHH!!!! For a minute or two I thought I'd have to take a camera to the storage unit, but ther'es no way I'm tearing it all apart for pics... LOL The only vert I know of thats come all the way apart has carraige bolts holding everythign together.

click on the THird Gen Resource link up at the top of the page. He tore apart his Z convertible and did a full resto and LS1 swap, it a sweet car and don't really realize it till you see it in person. Roy is a nice guy and will answer any questions you may have about it. I am going to do mine in the spring too!

My mate Toby did an extensive re spray on his 88 IROC vert, but the only pannels removed were the bonnet, GFX, rear spoiler and front wings.
That was quite enough, they were all a right bar-stewerd.
