I used to go by the handle "GMTech", but I took a lengthy hiatus from the board, and in the meantime I switched internet connections which means I lost the email address I registered with, so when I couldn't remember my password, I couldn't "email me my password" since my email was extinct, so I went with the next best thing I could think of.

Cool!! The IROC-Z28 commercial was great!! They are both 85 advertisments. That IROC-Z was so nice, looks almost exactly like the car I want.

 

I have seen a car like that in the commercial but its a 1986.

Thanks for the memories.....FEELS LIKE IM A SOPHMORE IN H.S AGAIN!!! Those things are timeless. The IROC-Z WAS the baddest thing on the street in those days. The NASCAR look was really a selling point. These days,,,not that much stands out much anymore. Everything is a mid 14 sec performer or better.

Ugghh... I just spent half an hour downloading that commercial. I just watched it and strangely I feel the need to go participate in **** sex with another man.

No offense to those who uploaded this and posted this thread, cause its nice to see stuff like this, but DAMN that was gay. That was quite possibly the gayest thing I've ever seen. I'm ashamed to own a camaro after seeing that garbage. Maybe if the entire image they were selling wasn't homo-erotic to the tenth power it wouldn't be so bad, but DAMN. Thats all I can say... OMG that stoopid **** will now be stuck in my head for the rest of the day. what in the he!! did that stoopid @$$ ad have to do with the Camaro? and it looks to me like an '82 ad. pretty sure it is due to the primitive ad style (announcer at end, logo style) im pretty sure they went to a more "hi-tech" style in '83...

All I know about it is that it's apparently encoded in something called "YUV9" format. No idea beyond that. I think as long as you have an up-to-date Media Player or Quicktime, it should work. As far as the speed.. should be lightning quick. I've gotten speeds up to 11MB/sec (11,000KB/sec or 11,000,000 bytes a second) accessing my host from outside hosts.
