Yeah I have a 92 camaro rs 5 speed with the 5.0 305 v8 in it an i heard that there were only about 500 made with the polo green paint. I wanted to know how many of the 500 were stick. Thanks or your help.

 

I don't know how many 5-speed green cars there were, but whoever gave you the figure of 500, left off a zero at the end. There were 5,365 Camaros built with the 45U "Polo GreenII" aka Dark Green Metallic Paint.

 

As i have read, the polo green color comes with a 25th anniversary car. But this car would be green with tan stripes, i've seen one in my neighborhood, it is a stick

 

The stripes down the hood are from the Heritage Package that was available in '92.

 

yeah were the2 tan stripes painted on or were they sticker cause when i bought it, it had 1 silver stripe down the middle that looked really neat and i just left it on. Maybe i wil take it off if the 2 stripes are painted on.

 

No these stripes were not painted on, i felt them. But they didn't come painted on from the factory anyways, yeah this car is a 25th anniversary RS, i know it has a stick but i'd like to know what kind of engine it has. Maybe i'll just note down the VIN next time i see it.

 

RS's only got the 305 TBI for the 3.1 MPFI V6, unless it was a B4C car.
