what the heck?

what are all the acronyms meanings? ws6, lt1, lg4 and others. I can't be the only one with these questions.

Car: Red 87 IROC-Z28 T-Top

Engine: 5.7 Tuned Port Injection

Transmission: 700R4 Auto

Axle/Gears: BW 9-Bolt 3.27

They are option codes. L98 is the 350 TPI, LB9 is the 305 TPI, B4Z is the 85-87 IROC-Z option code, WS6 is the Firebird performance suspension option, and so on. All you have to do is go to the TGO RPO Decoder on the main page or do a Search to find out most of your questions.
