how many 82 Z/28's had factory rear disc brakes? i could of sworn i read only about 600 cause of a late change order and the maker of the calipers couldn't produce them in large quantities.

can anyone collaborate on this? BTW my car has a factory rear wiper also and i've never seen this before on any Camaro or Transam.

Front & Rear Brakes for the 82 were J65 & 6,254 were made
As for the Rear wiper was C25 14,031 were made

The Rare part of the Disc brakes were the Pace car only 25% of them came with the combo CFI & Rear Disc

If you have a 82-84 most of the cars dont have them.
You have to locate your Build sheet.

It could be in a number of places, Normally its under the gastank. (its a lose piece of paper) it could also be under the seats, under the carpet, behind any of the paneling. Could be anywhere in the car

I have found the buildsheet to 2 82 Indy cars under the passenger seat springs. Reach under and see if you can feel paper in the springs. If so, the best way to remove it is to remove the seat first. Otherwise, you will have nothing but ripped paper!
