how common are ttops w/ an L98?

how common are ttops w/ an L98?
I'm looking at an 89 trans am w/ ttops and a 350. is this a common combination? i checked the rpo code to double check that it was an L98.

not sure about the birds....but for the Irocs...the L98 5.7 option with t-tops was common. Starting in 1987-1989 (that I know of) you could get an L98 with t-tops. I know for a fact that in 91-92, (for the Z28's) you couldn't get an L98 with t-tops. And for 1990....that's a toss up....not sure about that year....this subject has been beat'en to death....I'm sure some of the other fella's will say the same thing. But since it's for a bird...I have no idea.

And try to make sure they don't leak or you'll be replacing seals.

Well in Sweden its rare to not have t-tops. My car doesnt have them and i have never seen anyone else without t-tops.
