Need the Name for A specific part...

Well i need to know the exact name for the thick "bar" type thing that goes on the door... i guess it would be a dent ressit bar or sumthing... please help and if u know of n e place where i could get them please trell.... thanx.... ill place pix up when my car is finally finish.... before and after.... thanxs
