I've never heard of such a beast. Is this really from the factory or converted by an aftermarket company?

ASC and a few other people made some, I believe there's a bit of info, do a search in the history section, I remember seeing some posts there about the 2 seat convertables.

There was one of those running around town here a while back. Haven't seen it in about 3 years tho.
I want to get one of those, scrap the 82-84 gfx, nose and bumper, and spoiler, and then put 85+ gfx all around we well as a 91-92 Z28 highrise wing.

It was coverted by AutoForm of Elkhart Indiana. You can tell by the fiberglass cover and the rigid top. I also have an Autoform convertible, but of the firebird kind...

ive never seen one the autoform camaro's in person, but there used to be a 82-84 autoform speedster Trans Am convertible sitting in a field here in jackson, mississippi it was red and needed to be restored, but was not rotting yet, sat there for a few years, was before i got big into the 3rd gens, kick myself every time i think about it for not making an offer on the car, but now its gone and havent seen another one around
