I am looking to find out info about the models that were sent overseas for sale. I have been told the reason the cars were sold overseas was of defects. I guess the cars would not pass DOT standards for chassis, or something, so the factory would build it up and ship it off to a land with less standards. I ask because the T/A here in Japan is coming along real well. I will have it street driven by summers end, and in High Performance Pontiac next year. I am serious looking into what it take to get it "imported" back to the states. It doesn't have the "door jam" stickers, or the emmisions sticker for under the hood, so I am getting static from the military to ship back for free. I would hate to build this car up, and then sell a 20,000 mile mint T/A. thanks shawn
