Why NOT Firebird Convertibles?

Why all the thirdgen till'91 there weren't Convertible Firebirds
But they made camaros convertibles?

Actually there are guys on this board that have 87-90 Firebird covertibles converted by ASC. They seem to consider them factory. Madmax comes to mind.

Yeah but i mean ...
why GM decided not to produce firebirds ...but camaros
convertibles "oficcialy".

nothing against Firebirds but they just dont look as good as the camaros do with the top down. IMO
Maybe most of the GM people felt like i do about it?
