Got mine yesterday, photocopied. Lots of cool information especially on interior part numbers. Now I know the part number for the blue contour interior. That will be usefull. Still waiting for my invoice though. Haven't heard a word about that yet.

Re: Official Resoration Package Request Form.

I received my invoice today. The cost was $50.00 It's basically the window sticker. My plan is to get a real invoice and copy the information over. I've seen blank Chevrolet invoices on Ebay. The problem is It's not 100% complete. It matches my RPO sticker in my car, but it doesn't have the Z06 code on the invoice as it does on my sticker. ZO6 in the earlier days was for the deluxe interior trim.

Re: Official Resoration Package Request Form.

Another cool thing about getting the invoice was it told me where my vehicle was sold. It was at Love Chevrolet in Calif. They started business in 1984 and my car was shipped in February of 84 so it might be one of their first sold. I emailed them and got a response from a manager. He's going to hand search the files and see if there's any documentation for my car. Kind of cool if it pans out.

Re: Official Resoration Package Request Form.

Just e-mailed them.

This is awsome. I might actually figure out if my car is an IROC or not. Hoping to also find out info on another vehicle I own.

If this works I'll be one happy camper!!!!!

Now I'm sorta confused if you look a few posts up on pg 3 (this page) you'll see Kevin84Z28's post that shows the individual sheet. It shows his VIN at the top.

Guess I'll see if I get it.

This thread is confusing, and I take a little bit of the blame. It started out as a thread for getting a "Restoration Packet." The restoration packet is YEAR specific. So if you have a 1988 Camaro, you'll receive, for free, a restoration packet listing all kinds of information specific to your YEAR. You have to give them your VIN number so they get the year right. I think that confuses some people because they think they're getting something specific about their owned vehicle when it's information about their YEAR of vehicle.

Then we started talking about getting an "Invoice". The invoice costs $50.00 and is specific to your owned vehicle. It's similar to the window sticker but is more of an official receivership from the factory to the dealer. Look at one of my posts for a copy of what it includes. It the coolest thing short of the build sheet. I recommend that anybody really interested in their vehicle get one.

Re: Official Resoration Package Request Form.

Here's a link for the vehicle invoice. This one is $50.00, but in my opinion, well worth it. They make it very easy also. You can download the form, fill it out with your credit card info and email it to them via the link on the form. A day or two later they send you confirmation. It took a few weeks to get it and they didn't bill my C.C. until they sent it. I didn't talk to anybody on the phone or email, I did it on blind faith and GM came through.

Re: Official Resoration Package Request Form.

I sent an Email Tuesday, June 3rd at 10:29 EST and got an auto reply at 10:31 EST from autoreply@gmexpert.com confiming receipt of my Email. Thanks to everyone who has posted information on this resource. Hopefully I will receive a restoration packet for my 1985 Iroc-Z. Sounds like some cool and unique literature for Camaro enthusiasts.
