1986 Iroc Question

I have a quick question. I have a guy with an 86' iroc with 29000 miles on it. It also is yellow, which I heard is somewhat of a rare color. He told me I could have it for $850. The only drawback is there is no engine. But I do have a 69' 350. My question is should I buy it??? Any help is appreciated

Well, the guy had a th350 with a shift kit, like a 292 cam, and a bunch of Misc. stuff. He wanted to make a hot rod out of it and I don't want to see him ruin the car. He wanted $2000 so I told him I didn't want the engine, trans, or misc. parts for the engine. So he told me I could have it for $850. I already have a 69' 350 and a 700r4 trans for it. It has a rear end. It needs some body work. A little rust on the quarters and needs a paint job, but I do body work so it doesn't concern me too much, it looks extremely solid. He said the underside is mint. Also, I seen the interior and you can definently tell it only has 29000 on it.
