GTA in the junkyard
there is a gun metal grey GTA in my local junkyard that has some good parts left and was wondering if they are worth it.I already got the gta map pocket thats in perfect shape.I paid $3 for it!!I also snagged a perfect foglight from it(free). This car was originally an L98 with gre leather.Still has the back seats. Also they will sell me the entire digital dash out of it for $50.My question is could i make any money off of this stuff or ?I have never figured out why the poor car ended up there. No body damage and the paint not so bad either. But the entire drivetrain is gone and the interior is pretty much gone,if only i could have got to her earlier
Thanks,chris.

I have considered converting my Formula over to the Digital dash, but from what I understand there is more to it than just the dash., I think you have to change your gage senders, and the fuel tank sender... it soulds like too much work... If I got the whole car, maybe.
As for e-bay you might be able to sell it, I would think there are a few people wanting one of those, especially if they are restoring a car. I would try to get the whole dash, and wiring if I were you it would make it more valuable.

^^^ what he said... you can make a good amount of money from all of the above mentioned items. even if some of its gone, its worth going back to see if anything is left...

I was able to sell a digital dash cluster alone, untested for $100+. If you can grab the harness and the trim plates around it, go for it. I just saw a complete digital dash go for $500+ (harness and all sensors)

Well i may have to go back today and grab the digital dash then.It also has the push button climate control like on my 88.Thats in good shape too. Also noticed the performance suspension lower dash part laying in there. Its funny that this car has been in the junkyard this long and nobody has gotten it yet.Well its nice having one of 2-3 gtas in my area Also i would love to trade my digital dash for an analog any day.It works perfectly but you'd have to come to Ms so we could do the swap
