I do not think there was ever a 14x4, or 15x4, That would be like a Drag racing front wheel, or a motorcycle wheel.
I think they were 14x7 & 15x8, or something close.

there has to be atleast like a 15x4 the camaro down the street has really skinny small tires all around the guy says they r stock but it looks like they r all spares they r so small and skinny
There is no such thing as a 4" tire for the Camaro.
The stock tire on the 14" rim was 195mm wide (P195/75-14). The conversion is 195mm x .03937 = 7.6 inches.
