how to document a pace car???
I have what I am pretty sure a B.I.R. Pace car 83 Trans Am. it has 3 decals on it that you just can't get anywhere. my question is if I get PHS documentation will that prove that my car is an actuall pace car??? also does anyone know the website I can go to too request PHS documents??

A BIR Pace Car will not be documented in Pontiac Historic Services. BIR and many other speedways bought the car from a local dealer and had the decals made up specially for the season. You'll see a lot of Grand Prix's from years past and also see alot of Monte Carlos today. The best thing to do is to contact BIR and see if they have any documentation or even pictures of the car is full trim. They might be able to tell you the company that made the decals.
The car isn't worth any more because its a pace car, but the nostalgia could make it a head turner at shows and on the street. Good luck.
