305 TPI, 5-spd, T-Top...
I have searched and searched on numerous forums for the answer on how many of these cars were offered between 85 and 89...This too me would be the PERFECT camaro, but have only ever seen 1 for sale...any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

You can find how many were t-tops. You can find how many had the T-5, and you can find how many had the LB9, but you can't find how many had all three. GM didn't keep records that way. So for as much as it sucks you will never get an answer to your question.

thx for the help guys...yah i have nothing against firebirds whatsoever...just prefer the camaro body style...i gues just personal preference ehh??? Yah i guess im gonna be looking for 87 to 89 then...

Seriously though... the search for a 5.0 TPI / T-5 car is worth the effort. My current car is the fourth 3rd Gen that I've owned and it is by far the most enjoyable to drive. My previous three were 305 and 350 auto TPIs.

Look for any ttop 5 speed car. Sure the TPI is nice, but you can always swap the TPI if you really want it.. or better yet, get a bigger motor

Sorry, I meant look for any Z28 5 speed car . I really wanted an IROC but I couldnt pass up my current car which is a 5 speed 86 Z28.
