That's one I've never seen.. The numbered RPO codes frequently refer to colors.. (Trim, upolstery, body color etc..)
I tried a google of "84A GM RPO" and came up with a site that listed that code as it applies to trucks.. Usually, they keep RPO codes the same through the years and models... For instance C49 has always meant "rear window defogger".. It's been around for as long as GM has been using RPO codes.
If your car does have a stripe, (or had a stripe), then the RPO on your sticker probably refers to it. If not. I have no idea
