First off, it say's 84 was the first year for the IROC, when we all know it was 85.
Beside's that, the 350 wasn't available until 87, and was never rated at 250hp, 245 was the tops.
Secondly, look at the model? How many things can you point out that verify it NOT being an IROC? I've got the nose, the front ground effects, the hood, wheels, and color scheme (I believe IROC's came only on one color, it cancelled the two tone Z-28 scheme, not to mention the black stripe on the bumper). Also take a look at the engine...isn't that cross fire injection?
He say's "I'm not posting these as a contest quality model"....it could at least be SOMEWHAT accurate! As if all the Civic's with the type R stickers floating around isn't enough, now we've got riced out camaro models!!
