Is this a good deal for a car

Thae car is an 82' Z28 with a professionally built longblock with a 100,000 mile warrenty. Its a 350 with a holley 650 and 350hp. Its got a recent black paint good and the interior is in good condition. The guy wants 1500 for it (He wants a harley). Oh, the engine is less then a year old. I need something to replace my 284,000 mi. 92' lumina! I cant kill the s.o.b., I run with it foot to the floor up to 6,000RPM and I cant kill it!!!! Anyways, how does that sound?

It's not a ThirdGen (which isn't a major problem); it's not technical (not really), and it sounds like a pretty good deal if it isn't stolen.

P.S. - Don't kill your Lumina. You'll need something to drive to the parts store once in a while if you're using a Holley. Besides, it's probably an O.K. winter car, and its STILL a Chevy.
