So I apologize. But, I have to ask what kind of value you guys would place in a 1992 Z/28, 305 TPI, T-Tops, no leaks, Fully loaded and everything fully functional. Automatic, bone stock except for exhaust and complete stereo system w/ subs. 80K Original miles, absolutely perfect condition inside and out, original owner, all work done by GM and all records kept with a perfect carfax report.

Blue book is a tad over $4000. Would it be within reason to say the car is worth more than this due to the rarity of finding a third gen Z/28 in its condition that has not been hacked up? I'm still searching for my first 3rd gen so bear with me.

i'd say for a mint example 5k is not out of the question, but really it's a buyers market and i've bought tons of cars where cash in hand talks a seller down quick, especially if it's been sitting for a while for sale.

5000.00 might be a little high due to the fact that it has the 305. 4500.00 is what I would value it at.

well unfortunately for you, but fortunately for me...if a 1992 camaro is a heritage edition (Z03 RPO code and obviously the stripes and badging), it is worth double what a regular 1992 is worth. I payed more for my car than what people are saying that z28 is worth and my car is an RS (but it had 45k miles). I'd say these guys estimates are about right. Your getting a good car even though its an auto..however its resale value will never be tremendously high because its not a heritage.
