205 hp @ 4400 rpm 285 LBS @ 3200 rpm-
That torque might be wrong but I'm pretty sure the rest is right.

The air cleaner set up is very restrictive, a 5.0 TPI IROC is 215 hp (5speed).

I think high 15s in the 1/4 GTAs are pretty heavy. But at least you have "the good cam"

L69 air cleaner (installed someday

I'm not sure about the years but the post 1987-88, 305 TPI,stick cars had somewhere between 210-230HP, depending on if it was a single-cat or a dual-cat car. Add 5HP for Chevys due to a cold air set-up.

------------------

1990 Formula
Factory:TPI-305/Dual Cat(230hp),5 Speed,3.42 rear, Dealer:Aluminum Drive Shaft
Mods:SLP air foil,K&N Filter, Accel:wires,coil cap,rotor.Hypertech Thermomaster chip,Stat,Fan switch,TES headers,MSD6AL,AFPR(46), Harwood fiberglass hood,original GM "Notchback GTA" hatch.
Flowmaster 3" Cat-back exhaust,TB coolant bypass, Centerforce clutch (going).

Dual cats weren't available till 89. If the car has a 9 bolt rearend it has 3:45's. 3:42 is a GM ratio.

Not too many 87 GTAs would have 3.42s... those are available in the 10-bolt. Most GTAs came with a 9-bolt, for which that ratio is unavailable. 3.45 was the equivalent one that was used. I take it your rear has been swapped at some point.

The 5 speed was not available until '87 with TPI.
If it is an auto you have 3.42's.

Maybe i should read the title before i post. For some reason i thought it said '85.

I have a '87 IROC with 5 speed, 3.45 limited slip rearend. It is rated at 215 hp. The gta was rated at either 205 or 210 hp. in '87.
