There's a good reason you cant find out anything about it. There is no such thing. The only way for it to exist is as an aftermarket conversion. It actually left the factory as a hardtop, and was converted later. It's only "rare" in the sense that not many people had it done to their cars.
IIRC ASC did most of those up until the factory started doing them themselves. Unfortunately they didn't brace the frame in any way, so the early ones of those are bad sqirrely to drive. That can be easily remedied with a set of SFCs.
